Prykolotina Y. Criminal physical violence committed by parents against minors and juveniles, caused by family relationship (criminological research)

Upbringing was defined as dominant substance of relations between parents and their children and raised the issue concerning the necessity of application of parents' physical force against the child's will for the purpose of his or her upbringing. The results of its consideration are represented in the set of criteria for differentiation of physical coercion (as means for upbringing) and physical violence - videlicet the criteria of necessity, proportionality (adequacy), autonomy, timeliness, consequence and legal regulations. On the ground of researching the recommendations for development and improving of preventive activities relating to prevention of criminal violence used by parents against their minor and under age children.
