The direct objects of crime, envisaged are described by an art. 345 CC of Ukraine, and also victim. Research of objective and subjective side of basic and skilled syllables of threat or violence is carried out in relation to the worker of law enforcement authority. Description to the subject of crime is given. The features of qualification of threat or violence are investigational in relation to the worker of law enforcement authority after repeated and totality of crimes, and also at dissociation from other crimes. Formed suggestions in relation to the improvement of art. 345 CC of Ukraine.
