In the dissertation paper the outcomes of the multifaceted research, related to the study of peculiarities of pregnancy after IVF & ET development and resolving, determining of immunopathogenic mechanisms in formation of violations during gestation process and pregnancy miscarriage, associated with changes in homeostasis of cytokines, elaboration of cytokine predictors of preterm delivery and optimization of tocolytic therapy. It has been ascertained that a multiple pregnancy has a burdening effect on pregnancy development and its resolving after IVF & ET.
