The object of study - rosacea with different clinical stages of the disease . The purpose of the study - improving the effectiveness of treatment in patients with papules, pustular stage of rosacea flow through the application of the treatment given the nature of metabolic disorders . Methods of research - clinical, biochemical , immunological , statistics . Results : proven intensification of endogenous intoxication phenomena and processes of free radical oxidation of lipids , depending on the clinical course of rosacea ; established part Helicobaster pylori in the development of dermatosis , identified risk factors for severe and moderate degree of severity of the dermatosis , presents mathematical models predicting the immediate and long-term results of treatment of patients papules with pustular rosacea current stage , using the most significant features . Novelty: first studied metabolic disorders in patients with acne pink, depending on the clinical course of the pathological process, established the most informative indicators of the severity of the manifestations of dermatosis , define the nature of the imbalance of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense system, lipid disorders, developed pathogenesis sound method of treatment of patients papules with pustular stage of rosacea with Atoxil, Antral and Reosorbilakt.
