The dissertation is sanctified to the question of reduction to lethality for the patients operated on an occasion acute abdominal diseases (AAD), by development of the complex system of prognostication and prophylaxis of development of postoperative peritonitis (PP). To that end, motion of postoperative period is analyzed 148 patients with AAD.
