Object - the activation process of raw mixes for the production resource saving bricks; purpose - the creation of plate-roller activator continuous action with rolling placed on plate thick layer of wet feed mixture on the basis of the disclosure of the mechanism of interaction of the layer with the roll , which is pressed against the layer due to the presence of the centrifugal force to control the intensity of the process; methods - the fundamentals of theoretical mechanics, continuum mechanics and rheology , and the method of design of experiments and statistical processing of the experimental data; novelty - analytically described the movement pattern of a gradient layer of the mixture under the roller of the activator in the radial direction, defined patterns of interaction of the roll with a thick layer of concrete treated by plate-roller activator; and the results - the creation and testing of the activator plate-roller type, defined rational modes of preparation machine for raw mixtures to be molded; the scope of use - technological systems for the production of bricks.
