Cherin A. Spatial models and services for designing geoportal

The author's approach to solving scientific and applied tasks of improving the efficiency of the network infrastructure geoportal geospatial data based on the development and implementation of standardized geospatial models and geographic information services is presented in the dissertation. Сonceptual model geoportal based on service-oriented architecture is generalized, a functional model and realizable basic GIS geoportal services, using and improving software Open Source, satisfying the requirements of international standards ISO19110 Series and OGC is developed. A logical model database of metadata objects, technology and computer-aided design and maintenance of metadata application profiles for geospatial data is developed. A service transformation of coordinates, based on triangular field model and spatial indexing of the data. A faceted classification of geospatial resources "SCGI". The model of metadata search service based on Ontology-based technologies is offered and method semantic layout HTML-page "GeoMetaHTML". The reliability of the proposed models and geographic information services supported by practical realization of national geoportals.
