Thesis deals with the process of saturation of drinks with carbon dioxide gas stream, using an artificial phenomenon of cavitation generated by the hydrodynamic component by summing the gas in the cavitation chamber of the main fluid flow based on computer, mathematical modeling, and in the working environment in order to improve the process of carbonation.
