Essay

This thesis introduces a new solution of actual problem of gynecology – increasing the effectiveness of treatment and recurrence benign disease of cervix uteri in adolescent girls with abnormal puberty. High frequency of congenital cervicai ectopia, its long-term persistence, progressive course considered from the point of view of connective tissue dysplasia. Polietiological approach to the problem, taking into account the state of the connective tissue, hormonal levels, vaginal microbiota and local immunity of cervix have gave the possibility to offer a range of therapeutic and preventive measures, the implementation of which has led to the formation of stratified squamous epithelium on the entire surface ecsocervix in 56,7 % of cases, to avoid development of complicated ectopia and cervical dysplasia.
