Dissertation work is devoted to the study the pathophysiological mechanis-mes and clinical-diagnostical characteristics of vegetative disorders observed in patients in the early rehabilitation period of cerebral stroke. A statement that the most objective pathogenical markers of post strokes autonomic dysfunction is a suppression of activity of T - and B - immunity, аutosensibilisation to antigens of the main brain. Installed immune changes with high accuracy reflect the disorders of vegetative regulation by suprasegmental departments limbicreticular complex associated with a transferred cerebral stroke. On the basis of biochemical studies defined the role of electrolyte imbalance, development of paroxysmal character vegetative disorders. Autonomic dysfunction is accompanied by a reduction of blood circulation in the great vessels of the head, an increasing asymmetry, tone of cerebral blood vessels, changes electrodenesis brain diffuse character. Proven efficiency of the use of "Vazonat" in conjunction with sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the complex treatment of patients with vegetative disorders in the early rehabilitation period after stroke.
