Dissertation for the degree of Ph.D., specialty 05.17.07 - Chemical technology of fuels and lubricants. - National Aviation University, Kyiv, 2013.The thesis is devoted to development of high temperature Bn-greases with improved tribological characteristics and higher mechanical stability for heavy-duty friction units.The optimum raw materials and technological conditions of production of Bn-greases as necessary conditions for high temperature applications in friction, operated at high loads.The influence of functional applications dyalkildytiofosfat zinc and sulfid olefins and nanocrystalline powders of molybdenum disulfide and tungsten on the rheological, physico-chemical and tribological properties of Bn-greases. Found that among functional applications best impact on improving tribological performance has sulfid olefin, and among inorganic fillers - nanocrystalline molybdenum disulfide.The effect of fillers of different chemical nature of the mechanical stability of the Bn-greases as defined under different conditions destruction of oil. Found that increasing the mechanical stability is affected Aeros of A-300 and nanocrystalline molybdenum disulfide at a concentration of 2,5 wt%.The method of thermal analysis the maximum temperature applications Bn-greases dispersion in different environments and by Auger spectroscopy conducted a study to determine the mechanism of action of lubricating oils with different fillings.A recipe of Bn-greases with improved tribological characteristics and mechanical stability for different types of friction units of industrial equipment.
