Essay

Theoretical generalization and solution of the actual problem of Hygiene and Occupational Medicine given in the dissertation is improving occupational diseases prevention by establishing the sympatho-adrenal systems role in the psychoemotional stress pathogenesis in firefighters. Work conditions in Ukrainian firefighters and rescuers were investigated including occupational hazards that cause the disregulation processes in the integrative systems during the working. The main kinds of the sympatho-adrenal systems disregulation in firefighters were identified. The estimation criteria of the professional stress load of the sympatho-adrenal system status and response were proposed. The system of professional psycho-physiological selection of the firefighters was improved. The complex system of the medical and psychological rehabilitation of the firefighters developed.
