Parfenyuk I. Modern information warfare in Ukraine: communication, socio-cultural and historical aspects

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological study of information warfare including communicational, cultural and historical aspects of information impact. Complex study of the concept of "information warfare" is done. Relations between information and cultural area of the state in the course of information aggression are defined. A brief history of information warfare in the world and the Ukrainian lands from the first settlements to the present is submitted. Information warfare in Ukraine is analyzed. The results of the expert survey are proposed. Survey was conducted as part of dissertation research among the eight known experts in the field of social communications. The ways of combating of information aggression and the methods of protection of state's cultural space are systematized and generalized.
