Zerkal' M. Constructive-geographical basis of planning the territorial organisation of coastal areas within cities.

Current concept and experience in the field of territorial organisation of coastal areas were examined in the thesis, as well as their place in national system of territorial planning of settlements is defined and main positions of international documents in the sphere of protection and optimisation of the territorial planning of coastal areas are analysed. The concept and the aims of coastal areas outlining in settlements are grounded by the author, basic factors which have to determine the territorial organisation of coastal area of settlement are revealed. On the base of constructive-geographical approach the guiding rules of territorial planning of coastal areas within settlements are defined and methodological basis and algorithm of territorial planning of coastal areas within settlements are elaborated. The elaborated methodological basis for planning a territorial organisation of coastal areas within settlements, the propositions on determining of the limits of territorial organisation of coastal areas were applied on the example of model area - coast of Southern Buh river within Vinnycia city.
