Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of continuous process of liquid media bubble fractionation from surface-active substances. The results of the study have new experimental data of bubble fractionation in the device with hydrodynamic, which take on theoretical and practical importance for the improvement of process of surface-cative substances extraction from extremaly diluted aqueous solutions. The developed mathematical model of continuous process of surface-active substances fractionation allows to determine the influence of the main constructive and technological parameters upon the processes parameters. It is an instrument for developing of advanced devices for purification of water solution from surface-active substances. The multi-channel bubble-film traps were developed and used which have the higher air capacity and allow increase the efficiency of bubble fractionation device in comparison with one-channel trap device. The bubble fractionation devices construction was developed by the use of tube inset and adittional center of air generation into bubbling area. This allows to increase purification degree of aqueous solution. Modified bubble fractionation devices with re-circulating of processed solution was developed, it allows to obtain the goal degree of surface-active substances extractio. It can be used for compex purification of drinkinf water and waste water conteining residual surface-active substances.
