Bulkat M. External Functions of Ukraine (Theoretical and Legal Analysis).

The thesis is devoted to investigation of theoretical and legal aspects of Ukraine's external functions. System of state's external features was formed and justified. Complex analysis of their correlation with other state and legal concepts was held. Generalized theoretical and legal construction of definitions of state's external function and system of state's external functions was proposed. System of external functions as a complex structure from the point of view of law and state theory was justified taking into account specifics of different classification criteria application. Theoretic and legal characteristic of Ukraine's external functions was provided. Ukraine's external functions system development tendencies, as well as probable directions of progress in their contents were forecasted.
