Essay

In this thesis we studied the reactions of seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana grown under conditions close to the natural drought in comparison with the reactions on acute water stress, which is imposed in the majority of experiments on Arabidopsis thaliana. Our method of the imitation of natural drought allows us ordering studied reactions in the course of amelioration of water deficit conditions.
