Research object: corporate relations which arise up change and halted in relation to corporate rights for the state, including with participation of subjects of management the objects of public domain. Research purpose: development and ground of new suggestions on perfection of defence of corporate rights and legal interests of the state on the basis of complex analysis of legislation, which makes legal framework of defence of the noted rights and interests, practice of realization of such defence. Research methods: dialectical, comparative, system, historical, formal logical, formal legal. Theoretical and practical value: it is the first in domestic legal science complex economic legal research of problems, related to defence of corporate rights and legal interests of the state, and also suggestions are developed on their perfection. Stopped a gap in science of economic right on providing of defence of rights for the state as a subject of corporate relations. Drawn on research results in practical activity: Public joint-stock company on a gas-supplying and gasification of "Doneckoblgaz"; Public joint-stock company of "DTEK Doneckoblenergo"; Public joint-stock company of "Donbasenergo". Scientific novelty: grounds, forms, methods, subjects of defence of corporate rights and legal interests of the state, are specified, suggestions are developed in relation to their perfection.
