Object of research - improving workflow lateral transport of soil dumping working body screw intensifiers when digging the soil surface and zasyptsi trenches. The aim of the thesis: increasing efficiency through equipment bulldozer blade screw intensifiers lateral transport of soil in a rational justification of its parameters. Research methods: using the theory of bulk transport medium, analytical mechanics and differential calculus, method of physical modeling workflows and methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: developed and scientifically sound technical decisions using a bulldozer equipped with a screw intensifiers that can improve the efficiency of lateral transport of soil research and analytically detected rational parameters of screw intensifiers and its modes of operation, revealed a relationship between the frequency of screw rotation speed and intensifiers machine. Scientific novelty: first established patterns of interaction screw intensifiers on your equipment bulldozer with soil that is in the axial and radial displacement of the ground while throwing it at an angle to the direction of movement of the bulldozer, the first time the mathematical models that describe the resistance to ground transportation, energy workflow and performance mechanical of bulldozer screw intensifiers that take into account physical properties of soil, geometric parameters and operating modes; obtained experimental results auger intensifiers, which revealed the mechanism of interaction with the bulldozer screw intensifiers with soil, developed multifactorial regression model experimental workflow, further development of constructive proposals on the creation of highly efficient working of parts of the screw intensifiers. Degree of implementation: the transfer method of calculation and technical documentation for production in Berdyansk JSC "Shlyahmash" and specialized construction association "Ukrspetsekskavatsiya", the learning process in the direction of 6.050503 "Engineering" in "Lifting, building, road, agricultural machines and equipment." Scope: perform excavations for the construction of pipelines.
