Object of study - man-made pollution environmental components, formed in storage manganese host ferroalloy slag production. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the impact of slag heaps ferroalloy production in the atmosphere and the upper layer of the lithosphere, with further development of measures to reduce anthropogenic pollution. Methods of study: experimental study of the effect of environmental toxins were carried out according to standard methods using physicochemical, chemical, biological and sanitary methods of soil. To assess the accuracy of the results of experiments used mathematical and statistical methods. Study of material for the production of aerated conducted physical and chemical methods. Used in study the generally accepted standard methods for determining the physical and mechanical properties of the gas concrete. Theoretical and practical results: the estimation of the impact ferroalloy slag heap on the atmosphere and the ecological condition of the soil in the surrounding area JSC "Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant "; weight limit on the accumulation of ferroalloy slag heaps to reduce local pollution of surface air to the achievement of environmental safety standards ; the technological scheme and experimentally determined prescription technological parameters of aerated using dump ferroalloy slag and glass cullet, which will significantly reduce the accumulation of these waste storage locations. Scientific novelty: first scientifically identified and recommended weight limit on the accumulation of ferroalloy slag heap that will reduce local pollution of surface air to the achievement of environmental safety standards; first scientifically substantiated and experimentally confirmed prescription and technological parameters of the application manganese containing ferroalloy slag and broken glass the manufacture of building materials such as gas concrete; gained further study of the effect of slag heaps manganese containing ferroalloy production on the atmosphere and the upper layer of the lithosphere due to dust emissions and as a result of this phenomenon, the processes of secondary pollution of soil. Degree of implementation: used in the educational process in the performance of practical work curriculum bachelors in the direction 6.040106 "Ecology and Environment"; in terms of production at LLC "Balovskiy concrete products plant" was audited results of laboratory research. Scope: The results of research can be used by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, universities ecological direction; producing aerated flow chart can be used to manufacture wall of small blocks (using man-made waste) from gas concrete.
