Essay

The author solved one of the urgent problems of public health - scientific substantiation of prevention of working-predefined disease among workers whose been exposed by natural ultraviolet radiation (UV) in the workplace. Past epidemiological, hygienic and clinical studies were based on the need to improve prevention of pathologies associated with natural UV exposure of workers. This work was to determine levels of natural UV exposure of the population and workers of viticulture and winemaking industry, to determine the risks of these diseases (ophthalmic and oncology), which is caused by UV exposure, the scientific substantiation of the national system for prevention of pathological conditions caused by UV, which corresponds to the recommendations of the Global WHO Program "INTERSUN", International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRC), the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).
