Object of research - processes of cold volume stamping. The purpose of work is increase of efficiency of processes of cold volume stamping on the basis of formation of model of materials and development of methods of calculation the stress-strain state. Research methods: methods of the mathematical and applied theory of plasticity, the phenomenological theory of deformability, method of final elements are put in a basis of theoretical researches. Experiments were conducted with use of a method of a vizioplastichnost with attraction of a method of hardness and a method of delitelny grids. To assess the accuracy of the received results and degree of convergence of theoretical and experimental studies methods of mathematical statistics were used. Theoretical results: it is established that for operations of radial and direct expression it is necessary to use indicators of the tension considering mechanisms of destruction by a cut and a separation in the conditions of destruction, on the basis of formation of model of materials influence of anisotropy of their properties in processes of cold volume stamping is considered; the method of an assessment of extent of use of a resource of plasticity in processes of cold volume stamping has further development; dependence of charts of plasticity on invariants of a tensor of tension in the range of change of a dimensionless indicator of a tension from shift in the biaxial stretching is established. Practical results consist in development of experimental and settlement techniques of finding of parameters of model of materials; the technique of modeling of process of expression is offered; it is offered a profile of a sigmaidalny matrix for axisymmetric expression of details; it is offered a formula for calculation of maximum permissible diameter of bars that are squeezed out through matrixes of various geometry. Extent of introduction - the main practical results are implemented in the research work of the State Research Institute of Aviation, SE "Antonov ", LTD "Sarmat " Application field - the enterprises specializing on production of details by a method of cold forging of formation.
