Chovgan I. European integration context of the transformation of higher education in Ukraine (security measure)

The dissertation was studied the impact of European integration processes on the development of higher education in Ukraine and ensure its national security in higher education. Author is formulated the definitions of "national interests in higher education", "national security in higher education", "national security policy in higher education". With the need to conduct more actively domestic and foreign policy of integration into the common European Space of Higher Education of Ukraine suggested steps that should be during the realization of public policy of development and national security in higher education of Ukraine in the context of European integration, such as: to arrange the problem of development and national security in higher education at the center of political vision, to strengthen cooperation with countries in the Bologna process and international organizations (Council of Europe and the EU), to promote social protection of teachers and students, to establish a permanent dialogue between the stakeholders of the educational process, to create a system "lifelong learning", to ensure synergy between the sectors of higher education, research and innovation of Ukraine.
