Essay

The dissertation focuses on the complications of ischemic stroke, particularly extrapyramidal disorders that were diagnosed after acute vascular events and appeared on the background of the phenomenon of metabolic diashis. On the basis of characteristics of patients' complaints, neurological motor manifestations of cognitive and psycho-emotional function, central hemodynamics, destruction of brain substance and laboratory parameters of blood a month and a year after the CVA extrapyramidal disorders that arose after cerebral infarction had a tendency to progression in the rehabilitation period, which prevented the recovery and social adaptation of patients. Based on a thorough study of cerebral dysfunction expediency of the drug Ginkgo Biloba EGB 761 "Tanakan" which has vasoregulating, hemorheological, antioxidant, metabolic, and neuromodulating effects, and the use of mechanical mini-trainer for restoration of motor activity paretic hand (training complex motor activity in small muscles of the hand) and fixing quotes for paretic wrist that will improve rehabilitation of motor functions. This gives grounds to recommend Tanakan and above accessible for treatment and rehabilitation of patients with extrapyramidal disorders after ischemic stroke.
