Galishich N. Tactics of conducting women of reproductive age with dysfunction of ovariums against diffusion fibroze-cystes mastopatia.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment dysfunction of ovariums in combination with diffusion fibroze-cystes mastopatia mammary glands on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, mammografical and endocrinological features, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The dysfunction role ovariums in genesise developments of a good-quality pathology of mammary glands is studied, and prevalence in its structure diffusion fibroze-cystes mastopatia is shown. Influence accompanying genital (chronic salpingooforites, leiomyoma of uterus, an endometriosis, a syndrome polycystes ovariums) and extragenital is shown a pathology (accompanying adiposity and diseases of cardiovascular system) on development of a combination of dysfunction ovariums and diffusion fibroze-cystes mastopatia. New aspects of patogenesise developments combination are shown pathology of genitals and mammary glands on the basis of the established interrelations between dyshormonal infringements, and also ehografical and rengenomammografical changes. The basic variants endocrinological changes are allocated and their role in a clinical current studied combination is shown pathology. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at a dysfunction combination ovariums and diffusion fibroze-cystes mastopatia.
