The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the new method of treatment of patients with acute purulent lactational mastitis, namely the use of radiofrequency scalpel during surgical treatment of suppurative focus and ultrasound exposure through ozonized saline on the wound in the postoperative period. The investigation course of wound healing in patients with acute purulent lactation mastitis in the postoperative period. We compared the course of wound healing and treatment results of 40 patients and 42 comparison patients of the group who did surgery using radiofrequency scalpel "Electropuls C-350 RF" in the postoperative period spent 7 sessions ozone-ultrasound wound treatment apparatus URSK-7N-22 through sterile saline, ozonized using the apparatus "Mezodons-BM." Application of radiofrequency scalpel in the surgical treatment of acute suppurative lactational mastitis reduced operation and had an antiseptic effect. Confirmed that the use of radio frequency scalpel and ozone-ultrasound method accelerates the regression of clinical signs of local inflammation. Significant difference microbial contamination of wounds in study groups after 7 days of treatment point to the bactericidal effect of ultrasound and ozone. The use of radio frequency scalpel and ozone-ultrasound method resulted in shortening treatment, improving remote cosmetic results and reduced lactational suppression function of breast.
