Essay

Developed automated adaptive control system for laser processing facility, which allows to stabilize the temperature field work area according to the criteria of radiation power and cutting speed. A simulation model of the complex, the technique of analysis tools and precision motion segmentation algorithm that allows to generate a smooth path cut three-dimensional parts with complex geometry. Dual stabilization of the laser parameters and the method of its implementation using the fast and slow channels can reduce the impact of destabilizing factors.
