Object of study: ischemic heart desease. Research goal: increase of treatment efficiency of IHD patients by the use of internal reception of the potable mineral water for the correction of adverse events of the combined anti-lipid therapy (statin+fibrate). Research methods: clinical, laboratory tests, istrumental tests, qualimetrical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the research found that combination therapy with statins and fibrates results in build-up of clinical and biochemical adverse events; the course of use of Berezivska water allowed preventing clinical and biochemical manifestations of adverse events, reduces free radical processes, increases hypolipidemic effect and improves quality of life. Novelty: it is first well-proven that the use of mineral water Berezivska is the effective method of adverse events correction of the combined anti-lipid therapy, it's positive influence is set on a background the combined anti-lipid therapy on a clinical symptoms, lipid spectrum, state of peroxidation and antioxidation processes.
