Permiakova L. The mechanism of formation of the organizational culture of project management in public authorities

The thesis addressed the problem of justifying the conceptual foundations of the organizational culture of project management and research of the mechanism of formation of a positive organizational culture projects in public authorities . Disclosed the concept of " organizational culture project " , based on the introduction of the phenomenon of organizational culture in project management and the identification of components; allocated types and forms of organizational culture projects in the public authorities , which allowed to determine the features of the mechanism of its formation and instruments ; proposed approaches to the formation mechanism of the positive organizational culture projects to improve the activities of public authorities as a necessary factor in the modernization of the current system of public administration in Ukraine.
