Danylchuk I. Government regulation of the Naval Forces of Ukraine medical support: organizational and legal framework

The thesis explored the complex analysis of the genesis and development of the Naval Forces of Ukraine medical support and found that this structure plays a crucial role in maintaining and promoting personnel's health and to ensure a high level of army and naval forces availability. A new concept of the state regulation of medical support personnel of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, which is based on a set of interrelated elements to specify and outline the potential use of the state regulation of modernization process for construction of methods and technologies of the obtained results practical use for public administration's subjects. It was introduced the concept of "Military health care" in the field of science of "Public administration". On grounds of the research were proposed the directions of institutional and legal framework improvements of government regulation of medical support of Naval Forces of Ukraine .
