3. The thesis conceptual position and results that collectively solve important scientific tasks in science governance on the rationale of state influence on economic restructuring in Ukraine. We characterize the state of economic changes in the country. The modern development of innovative investment policy and the ways innovative restructuring. The requirements effective functioning of innovation and investment mechanism of state influence on economic restructuring in Ukraine: It is noted that Ukraine's economy remains poorly diversified and therefore vulnerable to fluctuations in world markets, characterized by low levels of innovation and resource efficiency.
