Arhipenko I. Reforming public administrationof the agricultural sector in Ukraine: worldview

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological substantiation of principles and development of practical recommendations for the formation of philosophical foundations of public administration of the agricultural sector in Ukraine in postindustrial development. A significant impact of the government and society on the nature of government in agricultural area of the state has been proved. Theoretical approaches to understanding the phenomenon of political philosophy and aministrative government of agricultural sector of the country were reseached. The essence of " ideological principles of government of agricultural sector " was defined and a number of other concepts such as " agricultural sector ", " state farm policy ", " public administration of agricultural sector ", " government effectiveness in agricultural sector " were improved. Periods of evolution of philosophical foundations of public administration in agricultural sector in Ukraine have been substantiated, which include four main periods and the effects of different options of governance in agricultural area in Ukraine at each stage wasdetermined. National and international experience of ideological transformations of government in agricultural sector was generalized . Necessityof government evaluation in agricultural area of the country has been defined and conceptual approaches to the structural transformation of the ideological orientation of public administration in the agricultural sector of Ukraine at postindustrial stage were offered in the article.
