Essay

The social and legal nature of the law and law-making, as well as the peculiarities of the implementation of the law were investigated in Ukraine. So they traced the origin and development of scientific approaches to the definition of «law» in Russian legal literature; characterized a social nature (the essence) of the act as one of the main effective regulators of life of the society; turned out the legal nature of such phenomenon as the law and set certain requirements to it; made a detailed analysis of the factors, which influence on the legislative process;suggested a system of necessary conditions of effectiveness of the law.
