The dissertation, dedicated to studies and substantiation of edible vegetative raw materials washing modes, tries to examine and analyze the existing edible vegetative raw materials washing modes, to describe some modern major manufacturers' washing machines with their strong and weak points. The Optimization of flow rate to wash out pollutions was made, coming from the minimum material inputs. The results so obtained make possible to recommend both "dry washing" and "washing machine water direct washing" sections' processing characteristics and geometrical parameters
