The thesis is devoted to substantiation of the structure and working conditions of different variants of cereals formation stage building. The possibility of modes of 1st break system intensification from 25...30 to 35...45 % is investigated. It has been shown that two-stage grinding process leading to reduce of turnover of intermediate products in 1.3…1.4 times, debranning process leading to increase of coarse semolina yield by 7…8 %, pre-break system leading to reduce of intermediate products ash by 0.04…0.06 %.
