Object: process of realization organizational of changes on machine-building enterprise. Objective: the development of theory-methodical principles realization of organizational changes. Methods: analysis of the systems, the content-analysis, the method of expert estimations, the econometric method. It has been offered: the classification types of organizational changes; the methodical approach by definition of necessity of organizational changes; model of the continuous monitoring and further liquidation of ''break''; the scientifically-methodical approach by estimation of effiency organizational changes; identifying the concept of "organizational changes at the industrial enterprises". Scope of application: machine-building enterprises.
