Essay

The object of research is the technological process of lightweight floor slabs. The aim of the thesis is to improve the technology of lightweight floor slabs. Research methods: systematic approach, the formalization - to develop a method of search for building solutions; observations, organizational and technological simulation, experiments, statistical analysis of the obtained data - to assess the effect of destabilizing factor. Theoretical and practical results: new technologies of lightweight floor slabs have been developed, which are patented in Ukraine. Solutions that enhance the efficiency of the technology of lightweight floor slabs have been established. Scientific novelty: the method of finding rational building solutions has been developed. System of destabilizing factors of multilayer method of lightweight floor slabs has been ascertained and influence of these factors on the effectiveness of work has been assessed.The extent of implementation: the multilayer technology of lightweight floor slabs have been implemented at several buildings in Kharkov, that enabled to obtain economic benefit in the amount of 19-35 % of the direct costs of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs of solid section.The application sphere: the design and work implementation on concrete slabs.
