The author decided to academic tasks to increase productivity and reduce energy consumption in the production of pharmaceutical compounds through the development process and equipment vibrocentrifugal disintegration fitosyrovyny the rationale of its key operational parameters. Identified areas for improvement centrifugal and vibratory equipment for the processes of grinding and mixing herbal raw materials, reasonably schematic diagram and designed experimental model of industrial vibrocentrifugal disintegrator for complex processes of signification. Theoretically grounded basic technological and operational parameters of vibrocentrifugal disintegration herbal raw materials. The results of experimental studies identified functional and graphical dependencies that characterize the influence of the main process parameters on the performance vibrocentrifugal disintegrator as the original mixture.
