According to the results of a comprehensive clinical and neurological, laboratory, including molecular genetic, and neyrovizual study of 80 patients with hemorrhagic stroke the diagnostic approach was improved by clarifying the correlation relationships and prognostic value of clinical and paraclinical characteristics of hemorrhagic stroke. The characteristics of age and gender were analyzed in the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke. The influence of baseline blood pressure was found.The features of neurological manifestations of hemorrhagic stroke depending on the presence or absence, according to the standard neuroimaging studies, features of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.Clinical significance of platelet, fibrinogen blood levels, level of glucose and prognostic aspect of changes in CRP levels were clarified.Among patients with hemorrhagic stroke molecular genetic studies to identify the mutant gene polymorphisms metylentetrahidrofolat reductase was held, and was analyzed its role in the occurrence of strokes.
