This paper studying the metabolism of connective tissue solved the problem of forecasting and disease and loss of bone mineral density patients with chronic hepati-tis B and C, depending on the dysplasia degree. Found the in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B and C in 87,9 % showed clinical signs of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). The direct dependence of the dis-ease on the dysplasia degree - the greater the dysplasia degree, the heavier the course of hepatitis (p<0,05). Proved accelerate bone metabolism resorption with a predominance of pro-cesses, as demonstrated biochemical studies, the intensive dependence proportional to the degree of connective tissue dysplasia (p<0,05). The patients 83,3% have violations of the structural-functional state of bone tissue, the severity depended on the state of the connective tissue (p<0,05). Set back non-linear dependence of the structural-functional state of bone disease duration of chronic viral hepatitis B and C and the degree of connective tissue: groups I and II CTD degree have - strong with ?= - 0,87 and ? = - 0,7, respectively, group of connec-tive tissue dysplasia III - has weaker with ?= - 0,44. The higher the dysplasia degree, the more pronounced are the processes of bone resorption. Correlation analysis method communicate a symbol of strength and general biochemical parameters in se-rum and urine. The reliability of the results allowed the scientific foundation for determining the dysplasia degree of connective tissue a diagnostic criterion for the prediction of the disease, changes in the structural-functional state of bone tissue and the alloca-tion risk groups for prevention and treatment of osteoporotic changes patients with chronic hepatitis B and C.
