Voroniy О. Mechanocolography Role in Differential Diagnostics of Early Postoperative Bowel Obstruction

The study object is dynamic and mechanic early postoperative intestinal obstruction; the study purpose is to make better the diagnostics and treatment results of patients with early postoperative intestinal obstruction by improvement of differential diagnostics of dynamic and mechanic intestinal obstruction; the methods are: general clinical, clinical and laboratory, biochemical, instrumental, electro physical, statistical; the novelty lays in the fact that on the basement of comparative analysis it was established, that the most informative, specific and sensitive is electro physical assessment method of shortening capacity of intestine wall; it was proved that the susceptibility threshold of large intestine is the most informative parameter of electro physiological assessment methods for diagnostics of early postoperative intestinal obstruction; it was developed and substantiated the algorithm of differential diagnostics of mechanic and dynamic early postoperative intestinal obstruction; it was proved a direct relation of characteristics of susceptibility threshold of large intestine wall in the early postoperative period with the development of intra-abdominal complications; the results are: an increased effectiveness of differential diagnostics and treatment of patients with early postoperative intestinal obstruction by decrease of complications and lethality numbers; It is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; Sphere - medical practice.
