Kapranova I. Clinical and pathogenic development and treatment of postinfarction cardiosclerosis for patients with an accompanying obesity and arterial hypertension

A research object is a development and pathogenesis for patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis with an accompanying obesity and arterial hypertension; a purpose is an increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis with an accompanying arterial hypertension and obesity, at addition to standard therapy of ivabradine; methods - sociological, clinical, anthropometric, biochemical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - the features of development of postinfarction cardiosclerosis are exposed with obesity and arterial hypertension, the dominant etiologic factors of development of ischemic heart disease are set, the structural-functional indexes of the cardio-vessel system are analysed, expedience of adding is nosotropic grounded to base therapy of ivabradine; the observed data were introduced into practice of the department of cardiology of the Lugansk regional clinical hospital, clinical hospital of Kharkov of urgent medical first-aid the named by prof. O.I. Meschaninova, educational-scientifically medical complex GE "Crimean state medical university named by S.I. Georgievskogo", and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkov, Ivano-Francovsk, Crimea, Vinnitca, Zaporozhia Medical Universities, VGUE of Ukraine "Ukrainian medical stomatological academy", the National medical academy of postgraduation named by P.L.
