The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific monographic research of criminal legal failure to provide assistance to a person who is in a life-threatening condition. In this work the genesis of the legislation of criminal liability for failure to provide assistance is investigated. The comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the laws of foreign countries in the context of criminal liability for failure to provide assistance is conducted.
