Grishko S. Silvicultural landscapes North-West Pryazovia

The object of research – silvicultural landscapes of territory of the North-West Pryazovia. The aim of research: in terms of geography constructive to consider the meaning of silvicultural landscapes and their functioning in the modern landscape structure of the North-West Pryazovia substantiate the possible ways of their rational use. The employed methods: historical and geographical, analytical and mapping, structural and functional mapping, statistical, modeling method as through methods – GIS technologies. The innovation aspects: a constructive and geographical aspects of zonal regional features of silvicultural landscapes on an example of the North-West Pryazovia are considered; six stages in the development and functioning of silvicultural landscapes of the North-West Pryazovia are isolated and grounded; modern structure of silvicultural landscapes of the North-West Pryazovia analyzed; regional differences of silvicultural landscapes of modern anthropogenic background and on this basis held their zoning investigated, methods for regional research of silvicultural landscapes improved; the classification of silvicultural landscapes reference conducted and justified to a particular region – of the North-West Pryazovia; natural borders of the North-West Pryazovia with current silvicultural landscapes defined. In the theoretical results are towards the scientific basis for the further development of theoretical and methodological foundations of silvicultural research landscapes and justification ways of rational use, restoration and protection of silvicultural landscapes of the North-West Pryazovia.
