Yatsyna E. The subject of sociology of law and it place in the system law sciences.

The thesis examines the process of formation and development of this particular branch of science as sociology of law, opened its peculiarities and among other legal disciplines by defining the objective status and methodological achievements. Based on the analysis proposed in the legal literature, opinions, ground the feasibility at the present stage of development of legal science in Ukraine consider the sociology of law as an independent legal discipline, subject of study which is a social conditionality of rights and the effectiveness of the mechanism of its interaction with other social phenomena and processes. Social factors that interact with the legal phenomena, as well as the mechanism and pattern of this interaction is an important element of the study of sociology of law. Substantiated particular importance sociology of law through the use of special methods of sociological studies of legal processes and phenomena, including the creation of regulations and their entry into force, creating for ensuring factual and theoretical basis of law, strengthening its relationship with the practice prevent separation of law from real-life tendencies and phenomena.
