The dissertation is a complex completed studying of legal entity relations arising in the process of giving and receiving service provider. The study of legal regulation of relations in the provision of cellular services conducted on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the social, technological and economic relationships of participants of the relations. The study was carried out taking into account the specificity of mobile communication services as the subject of the contract, determines the features of the conclusion, amendment and termination of the contract of mobile services.
