Fedoseev V. Criminal responsibility for violation of inviolability of state boundaries of Ukraine.

The work is devoted to the problems of criminal responsibility for violation of inviolability of state boundaries of Ukraine. The political, geographical, economic, social, ethnic, ecological, normative and criminology factors of criminalization of crimes are probed in the field of inviolability of state boundaries. History of development of legislation about criminal responsibility for illegal passage of persons through the state boundary of Ukraine and illegal crossing of state boundary of Ukraine is thoroughly studied. The objective and subjective characteristics of the constituent elements of crime, provided for by the art. 332 of the Criminal Cod have been investigated. Expedience of proceeding in criminalization of actions, foreseen the art. 331 of the Criminal Code is grounded. Considerable attention is spared on consideration of types of punishments for illegal passage of persons through the state boundary of Ukraine. The features of their setting are found out by the courts of Ukraine. The new releases of the articles 331 and 332 of the Criminal Code are offered.
