Chorosh V. Pathogenetic features of acute acetaminophen poisoning on the background of prolonged intoxication salts of lead and cadmium and its pharmacological correction.

Object - a chronic prostatitis with good-quality and benign prostatic hyperplasia formation, that products of tissue degradation introduction of toxic connections of fabric disintegration; the purpose - to establish pathogenetic features of development of a prostatitis and hyperplasia under condition of influence of a heat-denatured xenoskin extract; methods - toxicological, biophysical, biochemical, mathematical; the results - Designated significant pathogenic systemic reactions and processes in structural and functional levels of laboratory animals in chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia modeling induced by injection of heat-denatured xenoskin extract. Histopathological studies revealed the presence of destruction in target organs - the prostate and kidney. The damage was present in secretory units and ducts, stromal elements, kidney cells, epithelial cells of proximal and distal tubules, and leads to malfunction of these organs and thereby to systemic metabolic disorders and immune resistance of the organism as a whole. This manifests as the activation of free radical processes in blood and prostate tissue, inhibition of enzyme and non-enzyme units of antioxidant system, reducing of the intensity of oxidation utility, intensification of humoral immunity factors. It is proved a therapeutic effectiveness of immunosuppressive therapy based on the use of the drug "Prostatilen-zinc" in combination with crushed cryogenic lyophilized skin substrate - a component of the dietary supplement "Xenoderm" - as a way to correct tissue regeneration at fundamental principles of tolerant therapy, as well as the effect of impulse low-frequency magnetic field generated by the apparatus of the domestic manufacturing "Prostam".
