Prijma O. Relationships in the system "parasite-host" under conditions of toxocarosis

In the thesis were presented materials devoted to epizootological peculiarities, age and seasonal dynamics of toxocarosis invasion of dogs. There was clarified the level of contamination with T. canis of children playgrounds and sandboxes in Lviv. There was stated that products of vital activity of toxocara affect blood-forming function, immune status of animal bodies and functional condition of internal organs and able cause gene mutations. Such drugs as brovadazol, drontal plus and pirantel is reasonable and their efficiency on the 21 day after deworming of dogs was as much as 100 %. Antihelmintic efficiency of preparation brovadazol was proved by experimental investigations and worked out complex measures of therapy and prophylaxis, which include: simultaneous usage of preparations brovadaяol with immunomodulator "Echinacea compositum".
