The thesis work is focused on solving actual problem of radiodiagnosis, pulmonology and infectology - efficiency improvement of diagnostics and treatment of HIV-infected patients and patients with HIV-associatedlung tuberculosis. Lung tissues density indexes defined by HRCT, are the objective criteria of radio-morphfunctional state of lung tissue of HIV patients and patients with HIV-associated pulmonary tuberculosis. Length, width and thickness of axillary and mediastinum lymph gland at apparently healthy research subjects (5,12 ± 1,15 mm; 4,53 ± 0,32 mm; 3,62 ± 0,70 mm and 5,24 ± 0,93 mm; 3,57 ± 0,52 mm; 3,06 ± 0,35 mm, accordingly), HIV patients and patients with HIV-associated lung tuberculosis are defined.Emphysema specific weight with radio-density threshold levels under (-) 910 HU and (-) 950 HU of apparently healthy research subjects, HIV patients and patients with HIV-associated pulmonary tuberculosis are defined. Informative value and diagnostic effectiveness of 9quantitative HRCT scale of symptoms for lung assessment and patient treatment effectiveness theshow.9quantitative HRCT scale of symptoms used in dissertation adequately reflects Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy efficiency.Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy with rifampicine efficiency is controlled in reduction speed of 9quantitative HRCT symptoms in lung tissue, beginning with the second month of lung tuberculosis treatment. Perceptibility 92,50 %, specificity - 94,5 %, efficiency - 48,37 %, accuracy - 93,46 %, predictive value - 94,87 % are received at HRCT examination of HIV patients with lymphadenopathy; with a sensitivity - 88,75 %, 94,52 %, 46,40 %, 91,50 %, 94,66 % accordingly.Perceptibility 95,89 %, specificity - 93,75 %, efficiency - 45,75 %, accuracy - 94,77 %, predictive value - 93,30 % are received at HRCT examination of HIV-associated lung tuberculosis patients with lymphadenopathy; with emphysema identification - 93,75 %, 87,50 %, 44,44 %, 90,19 %, 87,18 % accordingly.
